I called Seattle Lock & Doors on a Sunday morning. I was amazed that they answered me on a Sunday. It was so easy to arrange them to send one of their technicians on Monday morning at 10:00 AM. My new renters were coming in and it was significant to get the lock rekeyed asap. On Monday the technician arrived on time got the job done to satisfaction. I would definitely use their service again.
