It was an absolute relief having Seattle Lock & Doors considering the experience with the previous locksmith, John was able to take the time and explain everything that was going to do before he stated the work and I really appreciated that, it was very refreshing to have such a professional, and courteous individual and he got everything taking care of beautifully, everything was done very professionally, he cleaned up after he was done and the new locks are operating perfect now.
