We needed a keypad access system installed at our warehouse and Seattle Lock & Doors was fantastic.  they were very attentive and communicated exceptionally well, they quickly setup the appointment and Oliver showed up right on time, he was absolutely amazing, he walked us through and explained everything patiently, he recommended a durable cylindrical electronic keypad lock by Schlage and installed all 5 o f them neatly and very efficiently, he got it all done under two hours and also trained our security staff on how to use it properly and how to program individual entry codes for all our employees. This significant upgrade has not only enhanced our facility’s security but also brought a great deal of added convenience, thank you so much Oliver for your outstanding dedication and personable service.
