I was at work when my son called to tell me that he lost his keys on his way home from school, so I called Seattle Lock and Doors and Eli their technician showed up in just 30 minutes to help my boy. He asked me to send him a picture of mu driver license to verify that I am the homeowner and got the door open, he also made 2 spare keys and charged my card over the phone, great experience, very professional and reliable, highly recommend them!
