I was locked out and used another locksmith in the emergency situation and it was a big mistake! The other person broke my lock in the front door so I called Seattle Lock & Door and they sent Roy, He was very nice and came in a short notice. Roy was able to repair the damage and save the lock, I will definitely use only Seattle Lock & Door when I need.
