Excellent customer service provided over the phone. I can say the technician arrived as he stated and went to work right away and got the job done quickly. What I took exception was they would not provide a cost estimate over the phone but the service was fast and professional. Over all I will definitely use them again.

11 pm, quickly responded, my key stuck in the ignition, showed up with in 15 min, resolved the issue and explained how to avoid it in the future.  Daniel was kind and helpful.  5 stars!

I’ve been trying opening my door for 3 hours. Called Seattle Lock & Doors and they got here as fast as promised over the phone. It took Eli less than 5 min to get the job done. I really hope i wont be needing their services again but if I do I’ll  definitely call them.

From now on Edan is my go-to call for any locksmith issues! Immediately available to my call, he arrived within 30 minutes. He was able to unlock an overly secured commercial door, and cut me a set of spare keys. Friendly service and great pricing.

Great experience with Seattle Lock & Doors when having locks replacement service at our home.The Appointment was schedule for Sunday with no extra charge. They came right on schedule time and answered all my questions about the job. definitely recommend for this company and I will call them again when I need.

Mike was responsive when we got locked out and his pricing was also very reasonable. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and unfortunately had to drill our locks because they was a SmartKey locks, he took the time to explain the differences between our locks and regular lock types and confirmed pricing for drilling and replacing them onsite before he started the job. Mike is very honest and also very reliable and he delivered an outstanding service! We would highly recommend his services!
