After a really bad experience with a different locksmith company, Seattle Lock & Doors successfully corrected all the errors  and flaws left behind by previous work. John was our technician and he was absolutely great, very professional, fast and precise, treated us with respect and was very pleasant to deal with. John fixed our front door handle and installed new deadbolt, excellent service, reasonably priced, fast, professional and super friendly, highly recommend John!

Eli was very punctual and arrived right on time, worked fast and very efficiently, he changed all our locks at our new house, was very personable and very respectful, price was exactly what they've estimated over the phone and the job was done impeccably, we're very happy with his service and would totally recommend him.
