John provided a great service! I moved in to a new apartment and I wanted to Install a new smart keypad lock on my front door! John is very knowledgeable and manged to install it in less than 10 minutes !!! it took him more time to show me how to program it and how to use the App! We got locked out of our apartment when the key got stuck inside the deadbolt and refused to go out.
