John provided a great service! I moved in to a new apartment and I wanted to Install a new smart keypad lock on my front door! John is very knowledgeable and manged to install it in less than 10 minutes !!! it took him more time to show me how to program it and how to use the App! I highly recommend and, extremely satisfy with the service!

We got locked out of our apartment when the key got stuck inside the deadbolt and refused to go out. The locksmith technician who came to help us was Eli and he was absolutely our saver, he showed within 15 minutes and managed to extract the key and unlocking the door, then he made all the necessary checks and lubricant the lock properly, made it work as good as new. I contacted Seattle Lock & Doors because the deadbolt lock on my front door became so hard to turn I was really worried I’d break the key off inside the lock with all the force I was applying on it, John their tech replied instantly and set up an appointment and showed up in one hour as planed, he quickly changed the lock and fixed the problem, also the price was very reasonable and I greatly appreciate his professionalism, thanks again John.
